These terms cover playing Goodlucks Productions LLC games on goodlucksproductions.com, including Warflip. By playing, you agree to them.

Playing

Our games are free to play. Please play fairly: don't cheat, exploit bugs, attack our servers, or use offensive callsigns. We may reset scores or close accounts that break these rules.

Coins and items

• Coins are earned by playing or bought in the Store. They can only be used for items inside the game.
• Coins and items have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred to another player.
• Everything in the Store is cosmetic. Nothing you buy changes who wins a battle.
• Coins can't be wagered. Ranked matches put rank points on the line, which can't be bought or spent.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. If something you bought didn't arrive, or you bought something by mistake, email us within 14 days at the address below with your account code and we'll make it right, by delivering it or refunding it. Coins already spent may be removed from your account if a purchase is refunded.

Your account

Your account code works like a key: anyone who has it can use your account, so keep it private. If you lose it and your device's data is cleared, we may not be able to recover your account.

Changes and availability

We keep improving our games and may change, add or remove features, items or prices. We'll do our best to keep the games running, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

The games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Goodlucks Productions LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
